Simple steps to prepare cake in less than a hour.
What do you need?
maida maavu - 2 glasses
sugar - 1 glass
2 eggs
essence (vanilla bush - black colour) - 1 spoon
baking powder - 1 spoon
How to prepare?
grind the sugar to fine powder in mixie
Put egg in mixie and grind it well.
Now mix maida, egg, sugar, essence, baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Add milk if necessary. Do not add water.
Put it in cooker. Do not put whistle or casket and keep it in low flame till cake smell comes - approx 30 minutes.
